Pat-A-Cake Pat-A-Cake - Lesson 27 of Nursery Rhyme and Silly Songs

Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker's man.
Bake me a cake as fast as you can;
Pat it and prick it and mark it with B,
Put it in the oven for baby and me.
Patty cake, patty cake, baker's man.
Bake me a cake as fast as you can;
Roll it up, roll it up;
And throw it in a pan!
Patty cake, patty cake, baker's man

James 1:17

New International Version (NIV)
Every good and perfect gift is from above,coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.

Matthew 7
Ask for bread.. get a stone?

The playful banter of this 'Nursery Rhyme' is of a companionship between two people that care for one another with sharing.  In Matthew 7 Jesus is talking about the exact same relationship that we have with Him.. with His father.  That God wants to share with us - he wants to fill our needs and give us what we ask for.

Doe Doe and The Gift Asked For (Object Lesson About Asking God)!!

Doe Doe talks to the kids about gifts from God. (Sorry about the length.. sometimes spectators are not as fast as others with cards :) )
