The Widow Woman
To be a widow in this time pretty much meant that you were going to be poor, because usually the men were the ones that took care of the jobs and finances. For this woman to be in such a state and still trust in God enough to give literally EVERYTHING she had - she impressed Jesus more than those that gave because they had some pocket change. Does this mean that you should give up everything you have? .. Not really, but be ready to listen to God and know when you should give and when you should hold onto things. They are all to be used for His kingdom!
